2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these Terms of Service.

3. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with notice.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Unused credits do not roll over. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
